Springtime in Low Bradfield

We've had beautiful sunny days recently and we've been happy to stay home as gardening has been a priority.  It's been good to relax and share an interest in plants with our daughter D who came to stay with us over the Easter holiday. 

Daughter D brought her pet cat, Jasper.  He slept in his cat carrier on the journey and then settled really well in our home. 

On Easter Sunday we gathered as a family for an Easter evening meal at our local daughter's home which was special as we also celebrated her birthday. (No photos except the special lemon flavoured Panettone Easter cake in the shape of a dove and the other puddings - a meringue roulade with pecan nuts and strawberries served with home made limoncello liqueur).

Before Daughter D went back home we drove over to the next village from where we live for a favourite walk.
