We've just returned from a time in Italy.
We were blessed with sunny weather during October. There were a couple of days of rain, although the weather began to change on the last day of our stay. We heard that elsewhere northern and coastal regions were experiencing extremely wet weather with storms that were bringing down trees, causing flooding and landslips. We had torrential rain on that last day, but it cleared for our journey back to Rome and our flight went on time with a smooth trip back home.
