Five on Friday

I'm sharing five collages of some new flowers that are blooming in our garden and covered yard and taking part in Five on Friday link-up.  Thank you Amy for hosting. You can see the link-up list to find out what others have shared or to join in here. I was happy to see the lily blooming this year as I thought it was a plant that I'd lost, but it has grown back. The poppies that continue to self seed I welcome for some extra colour. Soon white foxgloves will open in the little corner I've been trying to dedicate to white flowers. There are also pink ones growing here- and-there. Other plants flower year-after-year and it's good to see the cycle of life in the garden. Wishing you a good weekend and week ahead.

  1. Fingers crossed that both of your health picks up and you both feel better as soon as is possible. Love that you have a dedicated area for white flowers. Might just think about that for myself when I replant and design x

  2. A wonderful flowery post. That lily is beautiful, such an unusual colour with it's pale pink tinges on the back of the petals and its bright yellow throat. Wishing you all the very best for your test results, it makes us realise how important these routine tests are. Hope Mr P is feeling better soon.

  4. Beautiful flowers and collages Linda! That lily is amazing and I love the Veronica gentianoides too. Those yellow poppies are starting to bloom here also. They won't disappear for they self seeds so abundantly.

I keep my fingers across and hoping that your test results are nothing alarming. I was so afraid last summer. In the end I had a tiny breast operation and it was not cancer. I was lucky , I rely that you too. Hugs, the spirits up💕

  9. Your lily is stunning what beautiful colours. May has been a lovely month for flowers this year. I prefer the self seeders as they always seem to find the perfect spot to display.
Good luck with your test results.

  10. First I do hope your test results and health issues are soon resolved for the better for you and Mr. P. Your flowers are just beautiful. We are trying to introduce those same poppies into our garden this year, but so far haven't seen any of those seeds produce a plant. Must go check and maybe plant some more.
